11.1 By jl667. jl667 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) fraudulent or criminal activity is suspected; (c) required by PAGCOR or any other regulatory or law enforcement authority; or (d) the continued operation of the account poses a risk to jl667 or other users.
11.2 By the User. You may close your jl667 account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed and any outstanding bonus balance will be forfeited. Accounts subject to an active investigation may not be closed until the investigation is concluded.
11.3 Effect of Closure. Upon account closure, your right to access and use the jl667 platform terminates immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including limitation of liability, intellectual property, and governing law — shall survive.
